My Journey

How I help individuals become their best self

My journey into therapy began with a longstanding interest in people, relationships and the experiences that shape us.

After studying Psychology and Criminal Behaviour, followed by a Master’s in Child Psychology, I worked in schools abroad, where I discovered how drawn I was to supporting children and young people emotionally.

This led me towards therapeutic work across CAMHS, independent children’s homes and schools, whilst completing my Humanistic Counselling Diploma.

Today, I work part-time as a School Counsellor alongside my private practice, bringing together over a decade of experience with a particular understanding of childhood trauma and attachment. At the heart of my work is warmth, empathy and creating a space where each person can feel understood and supported in finding their own way forward.
